Civil Rights Then & Now

Join us for an interactive dialogue around the government’s role in shaping perception of various groups, featuring film selections from the award-winning documentary "The Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution." From the beginning of the Civil Rights movement to the deepening division we’re experiencing today, together we’ll explore this ongoing challenge to our civil society. The screening and discussion will take place in the Civil Rights Room at the Downtown Nashville Public Library (615 Church Street).
