(Comment from your editor: War was outlawed by the 1928 Kellogg-Briand Pact, but it hasn't stopped, so I don't think the world has been "remade" yet. And all the USA's "humanitarian intervention" wars are destroying the countries they claim to liberate. Personally, I think war will only stop when it is no longer profitable to anyone, and that will only happen when an overwhelming majority of the public calls for an economic system that doesn't involve profit.)
