LWV: Addressing the Needs of Nashville's Homeless

Goodwill Lifsey Building
937 Herman Street, Nashville, Tennessee 37208

As Nashville grows, finding long-term strategies to address the needs of our homeless population becomes increasingly important. Come learn about the work of the Nashville-Davidson County Continuum of Care Homelessness Planning Council from Judy Tackett, Director of Metro Homeless Impact Division. With an organizational restructuring that merged two government entities this year, Ms. Tackett leads the effort to reduce the amount of time people are on the streets while waiting for housing.
